We mobilize joints to free up scar tissue and adhesions, and we also focus on soft tissues, primarily utilizing myofascial release, stretching, and exercise, to reestablish proper muscle function.
I grew up in western Kansas, but I have lived in Kansas City for more than 10 years, and I love it. My hobbies include playing music, traveling, and spending time with my wife and two adorable boys.
I served in the Peace Corps from 2009 to 2011 in Ukraine. This experience opened my eyes to so much more of the world and continues to influence my thoughts and approach every day.
